The new approach to beautifying concrete.
Concrete staining is a permanent and economical approach for a finished floor in new residences and commercial spaces, both for interior and exterior surfaces. Concrete staining transforms an ordinary concrete slab into a luxurious floor resembling marble or glazed stone. Stained and scored it creates the appearance of elegant flooring.
A little about the process...
The stain reacts with the minerals already present in the concrete and the metallic salts in an acidic, water-based solution and reacts with hydrated lime (calcium hydroxide) present in hardened concrete. This yields insoluble colored compounds that become a permanent part of the concrete giving it the look and feel of natural stone. Each concrete slab accepts the stain in varying degrees of intensity, creating multi-hued color variations. The surface is then sealed to provide a very durable surface engineered to withstand all common exterior as well as interior environments.
Scoring is the process whereby an ordinary concrete floor can be made to look tiled and bordered. This process can include an intricate design such as diamond or sunburst pattern, custom graphic art or company logos.

Spatter textures and knockdown finishes are decorative resurfacing techniques that are applied to pools, decks, driveways and patios giving the surface beauty, added slip resistance and durability. Slate and flagstone finishes create a textured decorative finish that rivals the look of conventional slate at a fraction of the cost. Sealers are available in solvent or water based, matte or gloss finish, with or without texturant.
